Every seat grants a monthly bundle of AI credits, and conversations draw the pool down: one conversation costs 10 credits for a 24-hour thread, however many messages it takes. You are charged for the thread, not for the typing. All prices are in Ghanaian cedi (GHS). The difference is the size of each seat's monthly credit bundle. ## How credits work - Each seat's credits renew at the start of every billing period; unused monthly credits do not carry over. - A conversation is one 24-hour thread with one customer and costs 10 credits regardless of message count. - Top-ups: additional credits can be bought at any time at the rate shown at purchase.
