1Who you are buying from
Anchor AI is operated by Cleverbench Limited Company, trading as Anchor AI. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
That means Paddle sells you the subscription, takes the payment, handles the tax, and issues any refund. This policy is ours, and it is what Paddle applies on our behalf. The Terms of Service cover the rest of the billing relationship — plans, credits, renewal, and cancellation.
2The 14-day refund window
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to give a reason.
The window applies to each of these separately:
- your first subscription payment;
- each renewal, counted from the day that renewal was charged; and
- credit top-ups, counted from the day the top-up was charged.
So a renewal you did not expect is refundable on its own terms, whatever month of the subscription it falls in.
3How to request a refund
Either route works, and both reach the same place:
- email info@anchorai.chat with your account email address and your order number; or
- contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, the buyer portal for every order Paddle sells.
Your order number is on the receipt Paddle emailed you when the charge went through. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
4After 14 days
Payments made more than 14 days ago are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won’t be charged again.
5Billing errors
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at any time and we’ll look into it. The 14-day window does not apply to a charge that should never have been made — write to info@anchorai.chat whenever you spot one.
6Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
